If you've ever referred to yourself as a "chocoholic," this one's for you — treat yourself (or friends, sure) to this rich, fudgy chocolate cake, thickly frosted in the most delectable ganache.
Tip: This cake will be much easier to slice if you make and ice it the day before, and refrigerate it overnight. (This will also give it a more dense, moist texture!) Take it out of the fridge a few hours before serving so the ganache is nice and soft.
