Variation: To boost your protein intake and turn this into 2 large serves of our “peach cobbler” smoothie, add:
1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
¼ cup macadamia nuts
¼ cup rolled oats
extra ½ cup coconut milk
a pinch of allspice
and blend well!
